2. Low-calorie desserts

Another trend that we will be seeing is people inclining towards low-calorie desserts which are beneficial to health and are made up of natural sugars and without artificial preservations. Low-calorie desserts also help to satisfy that sugar carving without contributing to caloric intake. Though they are low in calories, one has to keep up with the texture and taste as this play an important role in low-calorie desserts.

3. Organic ingredients

Talking about the third trend organic ingredients or clean labels is about considering the increased interest of guests in plant-based diets, there are opportunities for brands to reformulate to tap into the vegan trend as it is still underutilized. This growing interest in vegan and vegetarian diets offers opportunities for us.
